About the product: Casa Dragones Reposado Mizunara is the first tequila rested exclusively in new Mizunara casks, a rare oak native to Japan and traditionally used for aging Japanese whiskies. This delicately rested tequila delivers subtle notes of orange blossom, apricot and coffee bean. "A tequila to celebrate the finest Mexico can offer" - The New York Times.
Flavor profile:
This juice has just enough oak influence from the Mizunara to balance the bright citrus peel and herbal notes with a delicate backbone of finely ground baking spices, espresso and crumbled cacao. There's an earthy element of freshly fallen leaves in damp grass followed by a long finish of fresh mint & thyme and trailing hints of clove. The texture is soft, viscous, & mouth-coating, almost sipping like a smooth Chardonnay.
