Rums of MX Melaza con Muck" is an experimental, high-ester molasses rum produced by Pedro Andrés and Jorge Nájera at the Satvrnal distillery in Zapopan, Jalisco. Fermented for 15 days with house-made "muck" and distilled in a copper hybrid still, it is bottled at 57.1% ABV, offering intense notes of tropical fruit, bubblegum, and saltiness.
