About the product: Cuvée de la Familia - a French-Spanish hybrid meaning “family blend” - brings together the most expressive tequilas in our cellar: the best of what Cascahuin distillate, granular cask selection, and time gave us, married to reflect what this lap around the sun made possible. In essence, it's the spirit of our year.
For 2025, that spirit took shape from four higher-ABV threads, bottled at 45.5% ABV: two reposados in 1er Cru Roncier (Burgundy) casks, two añejos in Grand Cru Bordeaux casks, one ‘Las Rocas’ reposado in Bordeaux, and a small nudge of ‘Las Rocas’ blanco from our concrete egg for brightness and balance. The result is that eye-opening, head-nodding, lean-back-in-your-chair moment we’re always chasing.

Flavor Profile:
- A beautiful blend of aged & unaged tequila, intentionally informed by the artful influence of french wine casks. The profile starts equal parts chocolatey and mineral-forward - think spiced hot chocolate with a sprinkle of sea salt. Torched vanilla, graham cracker, baking spices, red fruit skins and cooked agave sweetness encompass the palate, with a long lightly smoky finish. Texture is soft and slightly mouth-drying, further highlighting that wine cask influence in a great way.
