- The palate is a beautiful display of the barrel aging with notes of spiced hot chocolate & freshly ground coffee, cinnamon bark, nutmeg, hints of worn leather, roasted agave goodness, and a delightful combination of vanilla gelato and sea spray trailing throughout the finish.
