About the product: This unique species, known as the “88 Butterfly” because of the distinct markings on the underside of its hindwings, can be found throughout tropical Central America and Southern Mexico. While it stands out visually, the 88 Butterfly is tough to track due to their darting, low to-the-ground flying patterns. With luck, you can spot an 88 perched on a rock alongside the Río Blanco, or feeding on fallen fruit from the abundant fruit trees in the area.
