FLAVOR PROFILE: If you were a fan of Alambique's Tres Años "Melon bomb" release that got us all excited, then you will certainly enjoy this.
- Profile starts delicate and sweet, with torched turbinado sugar, whipped cream, fresh flowers and watermelon rind on the nose.
- The palate features a softer expression of that watermelon and honeydew, with delightful notes of spiced rice pudding, french toast, smoked maple syrup, and a lingering note of cereal milk trailing throughout the long, baking spice-forward finish.
