WHY IT'S CALLED HARMONY

Long-time fans of the old Tequila Jay Baer channel may remember that Jay prefers French oak, while Maddie prefers American oak barrel aging.

While at the distillery working on this recipe, we simply couldn’t agree on which barrel (American or French) was the tastiest. Maddie suggested a blend. We did some tabletop experimentation, and working side-by-side with the genius that is Sergio Cruz, we ended up with a mix that is truly greater than the sum of its parts.

One of the most beguiling tequilas we’ve ever designed, we took the extremely high-quality Alma del Jaguar expressions and made a combination that has all the flavors: caramel, butterscotch, cooked agave, cinnamon, tobacco, raspberry, and more.

It’s one-of-a-kind. We know that because we tasted a lot of barrels to find these two standouts before pairing them together.
