Unique Aging Process: Our award-winning Blanco is rested in French Oak wine barrels that previously held Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Once the wine was emptied from these barrels, they were promptly transported to Mexico, where we filled them with our Blanco. Aged for 31 days, the Rosa Blanco acquires a delicate ruby hue and a complex flavor profile. The brief aging process imparts subtle fruity undertones and a hint of wine influence, enhancing the traditional characteristics of our Blanco.
No. 9 Offering: Our Rosa Blanco is part of our No. 9 offering, bottled at 50% ABV or 100 proof, providing a bold and robust expression that captures the essence of Cazcanes Tequila. Our Rosa Blanco has a Long, velvety finish with bright Agave, Citrus Zest, and delicate hints of Caramel, Dark Chocolate, ripe Fruit, and a touch of Warm Spice.
