An unaged “Rancho Unico”(Single Ranch) release, from the highly awarded Tequila Cascahuin. “La Loma” is the first ranch harvested from Michoacán, Mexico. A lesser known, yet highly sought after state known for high quality agave. Made with only agave, yeast, water & time.

Cooking: Slow-cooked in traditional stone/brick ovens (mambostería). Cascahuín uses a unique intermittent cooking process over multiple days to develop deep, caramelized cooked-agave sugars.
- Extraction: Hybrid traditional extraction methods—primarily a combination of roller mill (approx. 70%) and traditional Tahona (volcanic stone wheel, approx. 30%)
- Fermentation: Open-air natural fermentation in stainless steel and open wooden fermentation vats using ambient & proprietary yeast.
- Distillation: 2x distilled in traditional copper pot stills.
