About the product: Mijenta Cristalino is an award-winning, sustainable tequila crafted in the highlands of Jalisco by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero Mena. Mijenta’s Cristalino begins with their Blanco tequila, which is aged for approximately eight months in symphony barrels, which create a completely unique maturation process that imparts deep, complex flavors and aromas. They then carefully filter the spirit, precisely controlling the contact time, the flow and the amount of charcoal, to remove the color while preserving all the flavors and aromas developed in the barrels.
We recommend enjoying Mijenta Cristalino sipped neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail such as a Martini.
