Flavor Profile:
- Nose: Very strong cooked agave and minerality, with subtle barrel influence and faint vanilla notes.
- Palate: Pronounced minerality with notable agave flavors; light caramel from the barrel complements the cooked agave.
- Finish: Concludes with lingering light sweet notes, maintaining an impressive balance between agave and subtle barrel characteristics. High-proof blanco carries the agave through this aged spirit until the very end.
