- Palate: The initial flavors are roasted agave, citrus & minerals, which are strong, but very accessible. This is one of the sweeter expressions produced in Cascahuin with notes of honey and guava.
- Finish: The sweetness and vegetality last throughout the finish in a very light & pleasant way.
